Third Sun Australian Shepherds offers several methods of payment designed for your convenience. We accept payments via Venmo, USPS money orders, or cash.
When reserving your Third Sun puppy, please provide your full contact information and your preference for gender or temperament goals so we can best assist in the matching process!
Reserve a Third Sun Australian Shepherd Puppy
To join our waiting list before puppies are born, a $500 non-refundable deposit is required.
For a currently available puppy listed on our website, a 25% non-refundable deposit is required to reserve that puppy. Pricing varies by puppy.
Puppy selections are guided by temperament evaluations and reservation order. Deposits are non-refundable but may be transferred to another litter for up to 12 months if your plans change.
Final payment is due at puppy pickup.
Investment & Registration
We offer three pricing options for each puppy:
Pet Price — Starting at $1,500
For families looking for a loving companion. This option does not include AKC registration papers.
AKC Limited Registration
For companion homes that would like AKC registration, but not breeding rights. Pricing varies by puppy.
AKC Full Registration
Available only to approved breeding or show homes. Full registration is considered selectively, and pricing varies based on the puppy and placement.

Accepted Payment Methods
In-Person Pick-Up: Families are welcome to pick up their puppy in Wisconsin.
Flying With Your Puppy: Most airlines allow puppies to travel in-cabin with their owners for an additional airline fee. Note: some airlines require puppies to be 10 weeks old for cabin travel — check with your specific airline.
Flight Nanny: Professional puppy nanny services may be arranged for families unable to travel Fees: airfare cost + nanny fee (typically $400–$600 depending on itinerary). Contact Whitney at 608-963-8708 to discuss arrangements.
